The parties agree as follows:

EVENT INFORMATION
Schedule: Friday, May 30th, 2025
Location: St Frances Hall - 1340 Quincy St NE Washington, DC 20017
Duration: 5 hours (5pm – 10pm)

PACKAGE INFORMATION
Gold Package - $750:
- 4 Hours
- ⁠Professional Photographer
- 2nd Shooter / Assistant
- Unlimited Prints
- Digital Photo Gallery
- White Background

Add-Ons ($100 each):
- Custom Envelopes
- Additional Hour (One)

TOTAL COST
= $950

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Any additional services requested by the Client that are not included in this Agreement may be subject to additional fees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
a. The Vendor is responsible for providing Portrait Lounge services and delivering the final images as described in this Contract.
b. The Vendor is responsible for the functionality of all equipment needed for this service as listed in this contract.
c. The Vendor is responsible for the provision of all materials needed for this service as listed in this contract.
d. The Client is responsible for providing a point of contact to the Vendor, and order of event if need be.

PAYMENT
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due upon signing this Contract to secure the Vendor's services for the date specified. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total fee.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance of 70% is due a day before the event.

DELIVERABLES
- The Vendor agrees to deliver printed copy of pictures to guests at event.
- The Vendor agrees to deliver the edited high-resolution digital images to the Client within 48 hours after the event. The “Client” will receive the images via media link.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of rescheduling, the client has to notify 14 days ahead. The Vendor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date and time.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
