1. Scope of Services
Refined Photobooth agrees to provide white-label photobooth services for the Client’s event as described below:
- Setup and teardown of the photobooth.
- Unlimited photo sessions during the event.
- Digital copies of all photos provided to the Client post-event.
2. White-Labeling
All services provided by Refined Photobooth will be white-labeled, meaning no branding, logos, or references to Refined Photobooth will be visible. The photobooth will appear to be operated by Your Fave Photobooth].
3. Payment Terms
- Total Fee: $250
- Deposit: [$100] due upon signing this Agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made by the contractor will require a full refund of the deposit.

6. Liability

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of this Agreement and any sensitive information exchanged during the course of its execution.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
10. Amendments
This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
